With interest rates and prices inching upwards, ready, willing, and able buyers are faced with this decision. No one knows with certainty if the bottom has been reached. However, the market is sending signals that it may have already reached that point probably at the end of February. 

One indicator is that the rental rates on single family homes are climbing. This is attracting investors and causing home sale prices to rise. Another indicator is that the home inventory of listed properties is lower and this has caused multiple bids on single pieces of properties.

This is a great time for first time buyers to purchase now since the Interest Rates are at an all time low. Loans are available to qualified buyers with good credit ratings.
